To keep our prices low, we ship directly from our international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking Page or through major carriers like 17Track.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tech Cadence is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is because we source from various specialty suppliers to ensure you get the best quality for each product.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
